Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Sneakers
Place the sneakers back in their original P448 shoe box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference until your refund is processed.
